Many of the residential properties owned by the Incorporation are of little economic or cultural value.  The incorporation has approval from the Māori Land Court to sell residential lands.  These sales have commenced.  A stocktake of those remaining properties is nearing completion.  The incorporation intends to continue with the sale of appropriate properties.  The Incorporation would like to offer shareholders the opportunity to purchase (or lease) the sections on the attached list, as at 31 May 2017:
